A. The car parks open from 08:00am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Q: What time do the car parks close?
A. The car parks close at 01:00am prompt on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Q: Can I leave my car there overnight?
A. No overnight parking, all cars will need to leave the car parks by 01:00am, any vehicles still in the car parks will be relocated.
Q: Is there a designated walking route to the event site?
A. Yes, when you leave each car park you will see the blue directional walking route signage that will direct you to the event site and back at the end of the event.

Q: How do I get to my car park?
A. Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be sent this as an attachment in your confirmation e-mail along with a map showing you the route into your car park.
Q: What do I do if I have booked 1 vehicle and am coming in a different one?
A. Please log into your booking with the details in your original e-mail and update your vehicle registration. This can be done anytime before you arrive to the car park.
Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A. No you don't, you can bring the ticket on your phone and we can scan it from your device.
